We manufacture different ductile iron casting & cast iron part. DI fittings are one major product, like ductile iron bend. With special ductile iron material, this seriesof pipe fittings can also be used for transferring the acid in the acid plant or transferring slurry.

Aluminum gravity casting and sand casting process is  better to avoid porosity inside casting after secondary machining. Gravity casting part is nice looking with better surface than sand casting, but sand casting  is more flexibility even it is very complicated shape. 356 T6 is the most common raw material.
